Notes from the CiderMaker: A complex blend of 20-30 unique varieties from our own Rural Ridge Orchard. Many of these are heirloom cider apples including Albemarle Pippin, Arkansas Black and Winesap. We augment this blend with crab apples and high tannic varieties.
Flavor: Tart and earthy crab apple notes are rounded out with caramel. Medium body with a smooth finish.
