There are strong cistric acid flavors expressed in the juice that comes through in the finished cider. The apple is high in sugar and generally produces an alcoholic strength of 8.5-10% ABV.
Flavor: Notes of sour grape and pinepple are rounded out with citrus. Bright with a lingering finish.
Food Pairings: Oysters; fish dishes; curries; creamy cheeses
