Notes from the CiderMaker: A blend of traditional central Virginia cider varieties such as Albemarle Pippin, Winesap and Arkansas Black. Occasionally, we add other heirloom cider varieties to round out the flavor. This cider is lightly backsweetened to appeal to those who prefer a less dry cider.
Flavor: Notes of pear, kiwi and paw paw. Lightly floral. Light body with a smooth finish.
Food Pairings: Mexican food; fish tacos; sushi. Easy to sit and sip.
