Notes from the CiderMaker: This cider is a blend of mostly heirloom varieties available from local orchards. It is slightly backsweetened to differentiate from our dry ciders and to appeal to a broader range of palates.

Flavor: Medium body with a crisp finish. Semi-sweet. Mango, honeydew and passionfruit. Ripe, juicy fruit.
